  • On a medium, heat a small non-stick frying pan.
  • Add the oil to the pan.

  8. Return the pan to the heat then gently slide the omelet back into the pan to cook the other side for the final cooking finish.
  9. When omelet is cooked to your required taste turn out onto serving plate.
